everyday, first thing, bite the frog. The "frog" is that task you've been putting off that is always peeking at you from the corner of your mind...cleaning your studio...going through closets...doing expense reports...whatever it is - put your head down, get it done, and the reward is twofold: the task will be done, and you'll feel the thrill of accomplishment. talk about space-clearing.
